Mend is a wellness support tool, not a medical or clinical service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, crisis support, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line or emergency service in your country.

These terms apply to your use of Mend, operated by Harbour Within. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What Mend is

Mend is a personal mental wellness tool. It helps you track your mood, reflect on how you are feeling, and have supportive conversations. It is designed to complement professional care, not replace it.

What Mend is not

Mend does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Conversations within Mend are not a substitute for speaking to a qualified mental health professional. Mend is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Mend only for its intended purpose, personal mental wellness support. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or disrupt the service. You must not use Mend in any way that would harm others.

Your content

The mood entries, notes, and messages you create in Mend belong to you. You can delete them at any time from the Settings page. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Availability

We aim to keep Mend available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features with notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harbour Within is not liable for any harm arising from your use of Mend. Mend is provided as-is as a wellness support tool. It is not a substitute for professional care.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Mend after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
